Healing From Our Trauma
As a trauma informed therapist, I view anxiety, depression, addiction and phobias as expressions of unresolved grief and trauma. I have spent my career studying the way that our bodies, brains and psyches get caught in patterns of responding to the world, and how we can support ourselves to get unstuck. Through somatically oriented psychotherapy and neurofeedback, I work collaboratively with my clients, with a deep trust for each person's innate ability to heal.

Learning how to grieve is one of the most important skills of resiliency that human beings can cultivate.
